Lois from Oregon: I can not use my right arm, so I was wondering if there is any yoga I can do with just my legs? I am over weight and would like to try to strengthen (?) my legs so I can walk easier? Thank you in advance!!!!
Susan: I’m sorry to hear that you have a problem with your right arm and glad to hear that you’re interested in doing yoga! I know that it can be a wonderful asset to your health.
Please be creative and feel free to adapt any poses to your level of ability and your limitations. You can do it! All standing poses will strengthen your legs and poses you do on your back will also help. I hope this helps you and you’ll enjoy your yoga path.
