My answer to your question is to move…move as much as you can and keep your body as hydrated and flexible as possible.
I’m sure you can get some good tips from your health care practitioner regarding diet and supplements, as well as appropriate exercise. Please consult with them before beginning yoga or any other new exercise program.
If they agree that yoga would be good for your condition, I would suggest beginning your yoga practice slowly and gently. Go at your own pace and level of ability and be very gentle with yourself.
