Elisabeth: I was a very active person up until 4 years ago. I just turned 54 this year and found myself very stiff in the morning. I am looking for a program that will help me to be more flexible in the morning and also serves as a regular physical fitness program. What is your recommendation?
Susan: Thanks for asking about a fitness program. As for growing older, yoga is the best antidote I know of for relieving some of the affects of aging. It will keep you strong, flexible and toned.
