You can begin with the Basic Series 1, Yoga for the Young at Heart. As you become more proficient and stronger, you can move on the Accessible Yoga for Every Body (Basic Series 2) and Embracing Menopause. They are about equal in levels of challenge…then on to Every Day Yoga for Every (Body Basic series 3).
I’m sure you’ll find your new practice to be a bit of a challenge, so just do what you can and be gentle with yourself. Yoga should feel good!
