TO ORDER BY MAIL USING CHECK OR CREDIT CARD:

Our shopping cart is VERY secure. However, if you prefer to order by mail, using check or credit card, please follow these simple instructions.

1. Print your shopping cart page or print the Order Form above.
   
   
2. Include your telephone number and complete mailing address.
   
   
3. Include your check or complete credit card information.
   
   NOTE: Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank account and made payable to Yoga for the Young at Heart. If you are paying by credit card, please include the cardholder name, credit card number, expiration date, security number (usually last three digits on back of card), and your card's billing address if different from your shipping address.
   
   
4. Add shipping charges to your order:
   
   We ship retail orders anywhere in the United States
   via First-Class Mail w/Delivery Confirmation
   International orders are shipped via First-Class International Mail
   
   United States: $5.85 first item, $1.35 each additional item
   Canada: $8.75 first item; $1.35 each additional item
   International: $12.75 first item; $1.35 each additional item

While orders placed online are generally shipped next business day,
please allow 10–14 days for processing of orders by mail.
